Geoffrey Raicht: A restructuring attorney with over 20 years experience with several AmLaw 100 firms, Mr. Raicht focuses on all aspects of restructurings and has represented clients from nearly every perspective. His clients have included Fortune 500 companies, closely held companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies, hedge funds, boards of directors, post-petition lenders, official creditors committees, secured lenders, asset purchasers, distressed-debt traders, unsecured creditors and governmental agencies.
Mr. Raicht has significant international experience representing debtors in cross-border proceedings and court-appointed liquidators of offshore funds. He has also authored several articles on chapter 15 and China’s bankruptcy laws. The Legal 500 has recognized Mr. Raicht as one of the leading lawyers in his field.
